Route Tycoon is a single-player game. This page explains what the app does and doesn't do with information.
Your game progress (machines, districts, gems, purchases, settings and your chosen company name) is stored on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, a copy is kept in your private iCloud storage so that your progress survives reinstalling the app or moving to a new iPhone. We cannot read that copy; it lives in your Apple account.
We don't collect your name, email, contacts, precise location, or any account information. There is no Route Tycoon account. We don't sell data. The map shows real neighborhoods, but the businesses, owners and rivals in the game are fictional; no real businesses are named or represented.
If you allow it, the game schedules a small number of local reminders on your device (for example, that your morning report is ready). These are created on the phone and never involve a server. You can turn them off in the game's Settings or in iPhone Settings.
Route Tycoon is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the new version will be posted at this address.
